~it's been a full week, enjoying every project i work on, a special one...i was asked to design a calendar, for our local community, dealing with the Childhood Hunger Committee, the calendars production is almost finished and will be in circulation soon...I will link it soon, so you can see the whole project...have a lovely day xo

walden...chapter 11

The repugnance to animal food is not the effect of experience, but is an instinct. It appeared more beautiful to live low and fare hard in many respects; and though I never did so, I went far enough to please my imagination. I believe that every man who has ever been earnest to preserve his higher or poetic faculties in the best condition has been particularly inclined to abstain from animal food, and from much food of any kind.

~it's been a amazing week...full of movement...in many creative ways, it seems when i just relax and listen to that six sense life gives me what i need, not in the outside world but my inner world...i wish you a day full of relaxed movement in your inner world...xo

~my april flowers...so far...reading a new book, Silent Spring, written by Rachel Carson...in awareness of the up coming earth day, she truly was ahead of her time...
